1. Cancellation Policy Clients may request a cancellation within 15 working days from the date of payment or service agreement — whichever occurs first.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to dizitifyashish@gmail.com, along with a valid reason and necessary details.
No cancellations will be accepted once the project has entered the strategy, planning, or execution phase.This policy applies to all projects with a starting value of ₹15,000 /250 USD or more.
If a client fails to provide required materials (such as content, access, or approvals) within a reasonable time, the project may be marked as canceled by the client, and no refund will be applicable.
2. Refund Policy Once significant work such as planning, design, content creation, ad setup, or campaign execution has begun, no refunds will be issued. Refunds, if approved under exceptional circumstances, will be processed within 7–15 working days to the original payment method. Refunds will only be considered for duplicate payments or billing errors made from our side.
3. Non-Refundable Items No refunds will be issued for the following:
Services that have already been delivered or partially completed. Advertising spends are paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, etc.).
Domain purchases, hosting charges, paid plugins, or software tools bought specifically for the client’s project.Any customized, one-time, or time-sensitive campaigns that have already been initiated.
