Results may vary depending on industry, competition, and market conditions.
Dizitify does not guarantee specific sales, revenue, or ranking positions.
We guarantee professional effort and strategy implementation, not fixed results.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to their completed website design.
Dizitify may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Any templates, frameworks, or proprietary systems remain property of Dizitify.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dizitify shall not be liable for:

Business losses
Loss of data
Indirect or consequential damages

Clients use our services at their own discretion.
